We aim to dispatch every order that is in stock within 3 business days of placing your order. This is done directly from our Christchurch studio.

In the rare occasion that an order received is unable to be fulfilled, we will refund that item as quickly as possible. Items sitting in your cart or wish list are not reserved as we do not carry large quantities of all stock. 

Our standard shipping rate within NZ is $10.00 and we offer free shipping for all orders over $100.

To get in touch regarding a return please make contact with us at hello@hophome.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the goods. In terms product imperfections or delivery issues please make contact within 14 days, otherwise they will not be able to be accepted. 

The homewares must be in their original packaging with any tags still attached and in an unused original condition.
